WebBrigand is an Intermediate class that becomes available at level 10. Mastering Brigand gives you Death Blow which is a very good skill. I recommend mastering Archer as well, since you get Hit +20 which is also very good. From there I would just stay as an Archer / Sniper until he gets his personal class. WebBrigand -> Archer -> Grappler -> War Master is also very strong, with War Monk for BrawlAvo+20 fit in somewhere being a decent choice, although you're better off stacking his strength and/or crit really high and using Battalion Vantage IMO for Enemy Phase combat. They should 100% skip Archer on hard mode.
