My question was more for women who … WebFeb 10, 2024 · When I first became a nurse in 2003 we did inductions and c-sections at 37 weeks. Now days they try to keep the baby in as long as possible. Different hospitals have different policy's. Our current policy is no induction or c-section before 38 or 39 weeks without a documented medical reason. I'm being induced at 38 weeks due to diabetes.
