Web4 nov. 2012 · The fix is to Alt+Tab after completing a chapter, and copy the prefs.prop file from the Steam folder to the My Documents -> TTG -> The Walking Dead folder, overwriting that file. Then you go back in to the game and load it up. That's what I used when I was getting the Doug/Carley glitch and it worked for me on the first try.
