WebNotifications do work on your outlook mobile app. When creating a rule, its the 2nd step of creating the rules you'll see display desktop alert. On your phone, it'll notify you of the email and remain on your inbox. Once you launch the outlook on 365 or your desktop application of outlook, it'll auto send itself to the correct folder. 1
